How this site helps you
· Guide
BDLUC is a free directory of Bangladeshi businesses and organisations, drawn as a live 3D city. Whether you are searching for someone or want to be found, here is what it can do for you.
If you are looking for a company
Every organisation in BDLUC has its own page: what it does, its industry, the year it started, how big its team is, its area and city, and links to its website and social pages. Search by name in Explore, or filter by industry and town.
For the searches people make most, there are ready-made lists with addresses, for example international schools in Dhaka, hospitals in Bangladesh, banks and software companies. All lists are on the lists page.
Parents, patients and job seekers
- Parents can compare schools in one town side by side, with each school's area, founding year and website.
- Patients and families can find hospitals and clinics by city, with the address and a link to open it in Google Maps where we have it.
- Job seekers can see who works in their field: walk down a street in the city, such as software services or knitwear, and every building is a possible employer. A taller building means a bigger team.
- Students and researchers can see how an industry is made up, from the old brick firms to the new glass ones.
If you run a business
List your company for free in about two minutes, in English, Bangla or both. You get a page built for search engines, a building in the city that grows with your team, a share image and video for Facebook and WhatsApp, and a “Listed on BDLUC” badge for your website.
If your company is already in the city because we added it from public information, you can claim it and keep it up to date yourself. Read what you get from listing and how a listing brings more visitors.
Information you can check
Every listing says where its information comes from: the organisation itself, or named public sources such as the Dhaka Stock Exchange, Bangladesh Bank or the organisation's own website. If something is wrong, anyone can suggest a correction on the listing, and we check it before changing anything. See where our information comes from.
Free, in two languages, on any phone
BDLUC is free to browse and free to list. Every page works in English and Bangla; switch with the EN / বাং button at the top. If the 3D city is slow on your phone or your data is low, Explore shows the same directory as a light, plain list.
BDLUC is built and run by AutoProbaho (Auto Probaho Technology), a Bangladeshi software company. Questions? Write to hello@bdluc.com.
